There is a warmup, and then a series of 10 exercises that will be repeated four times, with a break between each. In this video, I will demonstrate each of the exercises, and run you through the start of the warmup. Then, you will carry on through the workout on your own.

To time your exercises, I recommend an app called Tabata. Check it out! And if you are looking for some tunes to go along with your workout, you can find my public Spotify playlists here.
